How to Join FundiPlug

Whether you are joining as a client to hire workers or as a fundi to showcase your skills and find work opportunities, FundiPlug makes the process fast and accessible. Create your account, complete your profile, and access a modern digital platform designed to make service connections easier, faster, and more efficient.

1. Visit the Platform

Go to the official FundiPlug Website and click on Get Started button on the top right.

2. Sign Up

On launch of the FundiPlug login form click on the sign up button and enter your details and verify your phone number using the onetime code then choose the role you want to sign up for and click the create account button.

3. Access Your Dashboard

Once registration is complete, log in to access your client dashboard where you can see all available modules based on the account you created.

Verify Your Account

As a fundi, once you have created an account, go to the Profile module and complete the required credentials in the multi-step verification form. This process is necessary for approval so that you can start taking on jobs listed on the platform.

Fill in all the required details and submit your application. You will receive feedback once your verification is complete.

For Clients

Update Contact Details

For a client, after creating an account, update your contact details in the Profile section, including your avatar image.

Once completed, you can begin posting jobs, reviewing Fundis, and hiring directly through the platform.
